Step 5: Submit for permits
We will walk you through the process of submitting your plans to the county and obtaining permits. We will ensure this is done in a timley manner and follows all of the conditions of your loan.
Step 6: Building your home
Once you have closed on your property and acquired all of the proper permitting, we will begin the process of building your home.
